The Black Horse Inn is a beautiful 1663 building in the heart of Giggleswick, North Yorkshire.

Nestled in the Yorkshire dales in the idyllic English village of Giggleswick it truly is picture post card perfect for a spot of lunch or romantic dinner, it was lovingly restored in 2022.

Inside you will find a beautifully curated restaurant space full of charm and character and a bar that is old fashioned with a modern twist. Our pub is popular with locals as well as visitors visiting from afar. Cosy up in our friendly surroundings, with two wood burning stoves. Our picturesque sun trapped patio area features views of the rolling hills and Giggleswick church. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy eating alfresco dining, conversation and good company.

Boasting three individual decorated ensuite rooms. Two of them being dog friendly. With the three peaks only being a short journey away and being surrounded by lots of other activities. The Black Horse Inn is the perfect place to stay.

We have a accessible toilet and baby changing facility. Our four-legged friends are welcome in the Bar and Snug area and of course our patio.

The menus are the same in the Bar as in the Restaurant so you will receive the same food whilst your best friend relaxes with a doggie biscuit.

With the Lakes, the Dales and the Forest of Bowland all within easy reach, you can cycle or walk in idyllic countryside right from our doorstep.
